Registration and Payment Information
The Registration Fee for Delegates Includes:
• Admission to the Congress and the Exhibition
• Congress documentation
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
Delegates who do not want to attend the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception will benefit from a reduction in registration fee of EUR 25 when making the online registration.
EAACI Members
Please note that your membership must be fully paid up in order to benefit from the reduced registration fee. Visit www.eaaci.org for more information.
Postgraduate Courses
Postgraduate Courses (PGC) will be held on 7 June 2014. The cost is EUR 80, reduced to EUR 60 for
EAACI Junior/Affiliate members, students, nurses and dieticians. Pre-registration is required.
Meet the Experts
Meet the Expert (MTE) sessions will be held during the Congress. The cost is EUR 35 per session,
reduced to EUR 20 for EAACI Junior/Affiliate members, students, nurses and dieticians. Preregistration is required. The sessions include breakfast.
Groups
Group registrations will be offered to groups of 10 persons or more. Before the start of the Congress, appointments for early pick-up of the Congress material can be made for pre-registered groups.

If you are not able to attend the Congress and you are substituted by a colleague, an administrative
fee of EUR 35 will be charged.
