Compassionate Leadership in Healthcare

This one day masterclass will focus on Compassionate Leadership with Teams working effectively and productively through civility. In surveys up to 98% of workers have experienced rude behaviour and 99% have witnessed it. 50% has stated that they were treated badly at least once a week. The NHS Staff Survey 2002 saw a decline since 2021 in measures related to the ‘Compassionate culture’, data released March 2023.

We will look at how Compassionate Leadership can be used to improve team relationships, engagement and patient safety.
